Advisory mentors talk to Leading Change's Tevin Shepherd and take questions from Queen's Young Leaders. Samrawit Assefa Melles talks about self-care, preventing gender-based violence in refugee camps, getting government support and sparking change.

Samrawit has more than nine years experience in both the government and non-governmental sectors working in the gender and gender-based violence (GBV) fields in Ethiopia. She is currently working with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as a Women’s Protection and Empowerment Assistant Co-ordinator based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
