William Shaw works as a legal journalist covering the upheaval around Brexit.
He has a first class degree in Law and served as Vice Chair of Governors at a local school.
William previously worked at Thomson Reuters, the Institute for War and Peace Reporting and the Cambodia Daily, covering the Arab Spring, Afghanistan, refugees and human rights.
At Nightingale Academy, he oversees the running of the school and helps make decisions on the budget, as well as presiding over employment hearings.
As a mentor, William is very keen to help with any projects involving media, law, human rights, education and governance. He would be very happy to help assist with decisions about setting up and running a business or organisation involved in any of the above.
