Stefania Romano is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). She is a doctor and lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the Co-track Chair of the Creative Industries Entrepreneurship group at the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE).
Her role at the ISBE has enabled Stefania to collaborate with other colleagues to create research conversations and space for collaborations.
She believes that creativity and reflections can enable innovative minds and leaders to collaborate together.
As a mentor, she enjoys helping students of all ages to engage in active learning and research through observations, developing self-awareness and valuing their reflections in diaries.
Stefania has over five years experience of working in the higher education sector. Her students value her honest and encouraging advice to build professionalism, leadership awareness and cultural respect.
