Brajesh Bajpai is the Global Head of Marketing and Segments at Vodafone PLC in London, UK.
Previously he headed Vodafone India’s most profitable circle of Gujarat, with a business of £500 million and lead a team of 700 direct and 5,000 indirect associates.
Brajesh has also worked for Marico as the country head in Egypt, and as Regional Head based in Dubai where he oversaw operations in 18 countries of Middle East and North Africa.
He started his professional life with a decade-long tenure at PepsiCo, holding positions in sales, marketing, operations, franchise, and brand management. Early in his life, he ran an entrepreneurial venture.
Brajesh holds a Masters in Business Management from Xavier School of Management (XLRI) in Jamshedpur, India where he was the gold medallist. He also studied Civil Engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
He holds a diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge and is currently pursuing his second masters from Hult International Business School, Ashridge Executive Education, in Executive Coaching.
Brajesh is passionate about mentoring and coaching budding leaders and is frequently invited as guest speaker at leadership summits.
His other interests include literature, writing, history, philosophy, travel, theatre, culture, food and photography.
