Throughout a decade of professional career and years of volunteering and engagement, Alix Masson has acquired extensive knowledge of:

She has a strong record of engagement as a student and a young professional in different organisations.
Alix is a European Union affairs specialist and now works as the Lead Advisor (Youth) at Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) International in Nairobi, Kenya. There, she supports VSO’s internal and external policy and programming on youth and youth volunteering.
She has served as the Youth Advocacy Specialist for the United Nations Programme for Environment (UNEP) in Nairobi, Kenya and Head of Policy and Advocacy, European Youth Forum (YFJ) in Brussels.
Alix is a certified coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with specialisation in executive coaching, youth empowerment, leadership and career development. She has coached executives as part of the Global Communication project with the World Health Organisation (WHO).
