Olivera Nikolova is an English language teacher and lecturer and part-time academic adviser for international Education. She has more than 12 years experience as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, interpreter and translator.
Olivera is an effective team player recognised for her superior work ethic with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Her past experience includes teaching hundreds of multi-national students in five countries and teaching ESL to United Nations (UN) students and staff.
She has worked with various international organisations including UNICEF, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
Olivera is a peace educator specialising in post conflict zones and multi-ethnic diversities. She has a good knowledge of the European Union (EU) and United Nations (UN) systems.
Coming from a conflict zone, and being a woman engaged in a liberal political party, she would be happy to talk on the importance of women's role in democratisation of post-communism society.
