Meng Jiang

Meng Jiang

Meng Jiang is a Personal Development and Performance Coach with the Ministry of Entrepreneurship Foundation, in London UK. She is a purpose-driven innovation specialist with a background in finance and a passion for coaching.

She started her career as a private banker in London, an investment adviser in Hong Kong and a currency dealer in Singapore.

Motivated to use business and creative thinking as a way to achieve social and environmental good, Meng transitioned into the social enterprise space. She became a strategist for a social innovation lab and an adviser to various organisations from across the public, private and not-for-private sectors.

Meng was awarded a Fellowship from On Purpose – a social enterprise leadership development programme.

Because of her fascination in people and their stories, she became a certified life and personal development coach and a mentor to aspiring coaches.
