Kwasi Owusu Gyeabour

Kwasi Owusu Gyeabour is a senior management executive with over ten years success in achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within startup, turnaround, and rapid-change environments.

He also has extensive experience in energy project management, business management, and international business.

Kwasi is a 2014 Mandela Washington Fellow at Yale University, a 2011 AIESEC International Writing Award Global Winner and a winner of the World Bank International Essay prize. Other past awards include:

  • the Ghana National Debate Champion April 2004
  • Chase Festival Debate Champion
  • and Silver Medal winner of the 2006 University of Ghana Inter-Halls Debate Championship.

He has spoken at:         

  • Annual Bank Conference on Developmental Economics, World Bank, in Seoul, South Korea in 2009
  • First International Climate Change Conference, at Satya Wacana University, in Salatiga Indonesia in 2011
  • and at Solar and Off-Grid Renewable West Africa, in 2015.

Kwasi has also written as a guest blogger for the World Bank Development blogs in 2009 and taken part as a mentor for Solar PV Development , Climate Innovation Center Ghana.
