Eric Van Genderen

Eric is Professor of International Business and Strategic Management at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Dubai and has taught at universities in Europe and the Middle East.

In addition, he works as a coach and is currently working on projects with Queen's Young Leaders alumni, as well as coaching, mentoring andconsulting through the Venture Mentor Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) . 

He holds a doctorate of Business Administration from Henley Business School in the UK, with further studies completed through Thunderbird, and the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford. He is a lifetime Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures, and Commerce (FRSA).

Eric has been a consultant for multinational enterprises including American Express, Citibank, ABN Amro Bank, Mars, Caterpillar, and the World Bank.

He was hired as a content expert by the Education Testing Service, Princeton, in the US to assist in developing a soft skills exam to compliment the graduate management admission test for business education. Eric has been published internationally in books and peer-reviewed journals. He has also acted as a reviewer for business journals.
