Elspeth Johnson has over seven years experience running her own businesses and working with enterprise-related programmes. Most recently, this has involved working more closely with social entrepreneurship projects and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
Elspeth’s mentoring expertise is in outreach, communications, organisational models, and planning and rolling out projects. She also guides on leadership, development and strategy planning.
Elspeth has a first class degree in Politics and volunteers for a London-based NGO, as well as the Queen's Young Leaders Mentoring Programme.
She is a member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and her interests include global politics, economics and the Middle East. She has travelled extensively through South America and South East Asia and in her spare time likes cycling, reading and cooking.
