Camilla McArthur

Camilla McArthur is an organisational development and capacity building mentor and advisor for leaders and teams working on social and environmental issues.

Over the last ten years, Camilla has worked across the international development sector, in a variety of areas including:

  • human rights
  • corporate social responsibility (CSR)
  • education
  • health
  • livelihood development
  • and environmental protection.

Camilla has supported partners in all regions of the world both remotely and face to face. She has worked with organisations and networks at the grassroots, national and international levels.

This varied experience helps Camilla to bring a holistic and practical approach to her work. Her areas of expertise include:

  • organisational development                                 
  • leadership and management mentoring
  • and project management support.

Camilla has a bachelors in Anthropology from Durham University and an masters in Understanding and Securing Human Rights from the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London.
