Looi Qin En

Looi Qin En is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Glints, an online talent recruitment and career discovery platform.

When he was 21, Qin En was awarded a scholarship by Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB) to study at Stanford University in the United States. The scholarship would not only finance his studies but also guarantee him a job with the EDB after graduation.

At the end of his freshman year, Qin En took a leave of absence and gave up his scholarship. Alongside his high school friends, he founded Glints in 2013.

In 2014, Looi Qin En founded of Half Grand, a Singapore based digital agency, which became part of the VOPlus Group just over a year later.

Looi Qin has also worked as a public relations and marketing strategist, brand strategist and sales analyst. He speaks Chinese, English and German.
