Tevin Shepherd, Programme Co-ordinator

Tevin Shepherd, a 2016 Queen’s Young Leader, is a Programme Co-ordinator working with the Leading Change team in Cambridge.

Tevin supports the Course Director, Frances Brown in building the Queen’s Young Leaders' community,  focusing on the relationship between the Queen’s Young Leaders and their mentors. He brings his experience as a Queen’s Young Leader to help all of them get the best out of the programme.

A Chevening Scholar, Tevin has moved to the United Kingdom from Saint Lucia to pursue a Master of Arts in International Social Development at the University of East Anglia.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has worked in youth and community development over the last eight years on several projects in the Caribbean funded by the United Nations Development Programme.

Tevin is the Founder of ProjectCan, a youth-led organisation in Canaries, Saint Lucia that focuses on youth empowerment through education.
